Product SPOTLIGHT!!

I just wanted to share that my K&Co. Spooktacular mini album kit has been featured on Zibbet's Blog. I am so excited!!! I just had to share...Check it out HERE!

I am sorry that it's been so long. I have been fighting contractions and dilation since week 31 and have not been doing anything but laying or sitting. I was able to get a mobile made for the baby's nursery, from the couch of  course! :) I found this mobile and instructions in Parents Magazine this summer. Here are a couple of pictures and I will have video HERE.

I have also been able to make a couple of "Pony O's" for my daughters' hair. These were so easy and you can find the video tutorial I used HERE.

I plan to try to make some bows before this baby arrives but we'll see how it goes!

Hope this finds you happy and healthy!

Long Time...

I know it's been awhile and I really have no excuse but that I've been just too tired to do anything but meet the basic needs of my family and household. :) I am hoping that it will get better but I have the feeling it will get worse first. Thanks for bearing with me. I truly appreciate you.

I did get a burst of energy today (with the help of caffeine) and created a couple of Halloween kits. I had all these materials lying around and I thought if I'm not using them, someone should be. I hope you like. :) You can check them out in my Zibbet shop.

I also rearranged the girls' bedroom. Can someone say "nesting"?

End of the Year Teacher Gifts

I made really simple gifts for my girls' teachers this year. Not only am I exhausted (from being pregnant) but I have no creative mo-jo at the moment (from being pregnant). Though my mo-jo is back on the rise, my energy level is not and I fell back on the fool-proof gift of personalized notecards. I LOVE making these for friends and special people in our lives.

I used all Stampin' Up cardstock with the exception of the cards themselves. I like to use Michael's notecards. The colors were a rainbow but you can choose any; the possibilities are endless. The SU cardstock is superior in my opinion to anything else out there. I used the colors; Yoyo Yellow (no long available), Only Orange, Real Red, Pixie Pink, Almost Amethyst, Tempting Turquoise, Brilliant Blue, and Wild Wasabi. The only colors still available in this list are Real Red, Tempting Turquoise, and Wild Wasabi though they have great alternatives to the others.

I used the 1 3/4 scalloped circle punch in all the colors. I then stamped the initials in the same colors as the paper on white cardstock and punched those out with the 1 1/4 circle punch. Layered these to pieces, placed the layered piece on pop dots and attached to the notecard. I placed the cards and envelopes in a clear box, added ribbon, and, ta-da, you have an instant home-made gift!

New News

Sorry I've been away so long...life just took right over. :)

I have added some fun things to my Zibbet shop, so go check them out. Here is some photographic evidence to spark your interest.

I will also be adding "Baby" and "School" charms within the next 30 days or so. Very excited about that. They are on their way and when I get them, I will make sure to share.

In other news...my youngest moved to a big girl bed and we are expecting our third child. I am due November 25, the day after Thanksgiving.

I hope that this finds everyone happy and healthy! :)

Picking Strawberries

So my mom asked if she could take me and the girls to a "pick your own" place called The King's Orchard this past week. Who would pass that up? Here are some pictures...

Hope your weekend was a good one!

Trikeathon!!

E participated in her school's annual Trikeathon today. All proceeds go to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.

This is her second year participating and she did a FANTASTIC job!! Here are some of the best shots...

So excited to ride!!!
On your mark, get set...
GO!!!
 Her sticker for finishing.

We had a great time rooting on our fellow riders and raising money for St. Jude's. If you would like to give, E would be happy to help through her website!

Dress Diecuts with Paper - Zibbet.com

As promised I added the dress chipboard minis with paper to my zibbet.com shop. Check them out and let me know what you think! My next mission is to get out some baby onesies using these paper collections. (Plus, I need to make some baby minis myself as my friends are flooding my life with them!!)

I used K & Company's Life's Little Occasions Line and these papers are so perfectly "baby girl". Love them.

This set is using DCWV's Nana's Nursery set and, would you believe, it's from the boy stack!?!? I think it's so perfectly girlie even with the cute little animals. :)

Thanks for stopping by!

Wildlife Park

On Tuesday, we went to Bayou Wildlife Park: Exotic Animal Paradise witha couple friends to enjoy the beautiful weather. It was about a 30-45 minute drive but well worth it.

Driving in, an ostrich took toys from P's chain links that hold her toys in the car. I promptly closed the windows.

We got to feed lots of different animals.I couldn't tell you all their names! So many.

We got to ride a horse though P was less than thrilled.

We got feed and pet some of the smaller animals in the petting zoo
It was a great time and if you are in the area (and the weather is nice) I would highly recommend this park. :)

"Cottage Garden" Mini Album and Kit

I created this mini album for my mom. I used the latest paper line from Tim Coffey, Cottage Garden. LOVE IT!! The mini's purpose it to hold pictures of my mom's garden and outdoor projects. I would appreciate hearing what you think!

Here's the mini:

I don't know what the issue is but the rest of the photos are turning sideways and I am now too frustrated to figure it out! :) You can see the rest on YouTube HERE. I will try again to add the pictures later.

Aha!! Got it. :)

Here's the kit available at my zibbet.com shop:

***Not pictured is the SU cardstock die cuts. I cut out every single one I used so that you would have the same thing should you want them and not have the dies. :) So you get them in very vanilla and all the other colors!
***I also used the "wrong" chipboard album. I put a square top note in the kit when I actually used a plain 6x6 square album. I can easily change this out for you! :)

You can see a video HERE.

Have a great day guys!!
